Whether you pack up the RV, drive or fly to the Nascar races, it surely will be a thrill for family members of all ages.

Like any sport, watching the event on television is just not the same as enjoying the live experience.

The overwhelming speed of the cars, the sounds of the roaring engines, the smells associated with racing and excitement of the live crowd all add to the Nascar racing experience!

It really is something to experience first hand and you don’t have to be a race fan to enjoy the races!

One of the things I truly enjoy traveling to as often as I can is to a live Nascar race event.

Whether it’s to:

• Las Vegas Motor Speedway
• Phoenix International Raceway
• Daytona Speedway

or to one of the many others on the race circuit, it’s always a thrill to catch the live action first hand!

Nascar Races – A Family Affair

There is so much to do at the race track both before and after the main events for the whole family.

You can check out your favorite drivers souvenir trailer, catch a Speed Channel live ‘Trackside‘ television show, attend a free live stage concert, or enjoy the many sponsor attractions as well.

For example, at this year’s event in Phoenix Arizona,

the U.S. Army who sponsor one of the race cars, had a wonderful static display set up with flying simulators, race games, free hats, dog tags and so on for the whole family to enjoy!
