One of our families most favorite things to do together is getting together and attending live Nascar races!
There’s nothing more thrilling and exciting then experiencing a live Nascar racing event with your family.
If you’ve never been to a Nascar stock car race, then it’s time you planned your holidays around one!

There’s all kinds of extra attractions and entertainment for everyone of all ages.
It really is a family affair!

You don’t have to be an avid fan like me to enjoy Nascar races.
Trust me, I’ve taken many family members and friends over the years to the races for the first time. These people are your typical die hard NFL and NHL fans and thought I was crazy going to stock car racing events let alone take them alone.
Well, when they arrived and experienced the ‘excitement of live stock car racing‘ at its best, they were simply “in awe”!
What Are Nascar Races You Ask?
Nascar stands for … ‘National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing‘. It was founded in 1948 and today there are now over 1500 races at over 100 tracks throughout North America.
In fact, this form of stock car racing is now the largest spectator sporting event in North America. It’s nothing to have over 150,000 fans attending regularly to a premier series race.
As with any sport, viewing the event on the tube just is not the same as attending the experience live.
The overwhelming speed of the cars, the ‘sounds of the roaring engines‘, the smells associated with racing and excitement of the live crowd all add to the race experience!
Rent or take a long a pair of Nascar race scanners and you can enjoy live television broadcasts and listen to your favorite driver talking to his crew.

There are premier race events all over the United States throughout the season, so there’s bound to be an event near you.
One of my favorites, is Phoenix International Raceway, just outside Phoenix, Arizona. The race track is situated outside the city limits with a beautiful setting surrounded by hillsides and cactus.

As well, you can now enjoy live Nascar events in
Canada and in Mexico, which now allow you to plan your holidays for family around these events like we do.
One of the things I still truly enjoy is traveling to and as often as I can, to a live Nascar race. Our family has enjoyed the Nascar racing experience for many years now and will continue to do so for many years to come.
Over the years, we’ve planned our family holidays around these Nascar events.
We’ve planned our family camping holidays and have also enjoyed all inclusive cruise deals around attending Nascar races.
It truly is an event you will never forget!
We’ve attended races while enjoying holidays in Disney World Florida, Las Vegas Nevada and Phoenix Arizona, just to name a few.
