A little about myself and Holidays for Family.

I grew up in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. I am married with two grown children.

I caught the ‘travel bug’ early in life and still long to travel every chance I get with family.

My children have been spoiled as a result, taking them to different exotic locations each year while growing up.

We have traveled extensively over the years with all family members and the memories will last a lifetime!

I encourage everyone to travel with family as much as they can for as long as they can!

It’s All About Family

Growing up and living by the sea, I was an avid Scuba Diver and would travel to tropical destinations as much as possible in search of that buried treasure!

Still today, I prefer tropical destinations with hot sun, warm water and white sand beaches. My love for travel over the past 35 years and work experience in the travel industry, from charter bus driving across the nation to a Travel and Cruise Consultant with the premier cruise sales company,  has finally led to the start up of my own Travel Blog, appropriately named Holidays for Family.

As an Honors graduate from a prestigious Nationwide Travel College, I  have the knowledge and travel experience to confidently offer family travel tips, advice and holiday suggestions to my readers.

Along the way, proudly recommending travel products and services for which I have been accepted as an affiliate member. The products and services we endorse are those used and trusted by us and are strictly companies with solid reputations in the marketplace.

Traveling to different parts of the world is exciting and a great educational experience for children of all ages. I have enjoyed many years of our family holidays and continue to do so today with my wife, children, parents and other family members.
